Its always been great experience with Grand mercure bandung setiabudi hotel, the ambience, pool, and buffer breakfast with numerous options always satiesfied! Good hotel with warm ambience, also good nice swimming pool with warm water. Nice breakfast with good service. But not much choice in toys and goods at the kids club. Moreover there is a BCA atm at the hotel that help us a lot. Strategic location, near restaurant and theme park

Very Nice hotel, great facilities. room was clean & spacious, friendly staff. warm & cozy pool. Initially I planned to stay 4 days here, extended my stay in the same hotel for another 10 days after meeting Mr. YOGI in the restaurant area. Very helpful guy in-term of suggesting food options etc. rest all staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Suggestion to hotel : it would be good if you can mention the ingredient of food kept in restaurant(like chicken,beef, fish etc) in English.
