Thank you for such a lovely stay. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.Great bathroom with private toilet.The huge picture window framed the mountain views. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety. Many cheeses, meats, and other savoury dishes.

I had an excellent stay at the Novotel Sofia. This hotel really knows its stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was impeccably clean and the AC was at the right temperature (I tend to run pretty hot, so the AC is a must). The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed, including large bath towels (a pleasant and underrated surprise) and toiletries if you are traveling with only carry on luggage and need to save space in your suitcase. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing, in both taste and variety of food offered.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. The first impression you get when you walk in is that people know their business. From smiling receptionists, to sunny bartenders, we go through the people who clean the lobby. Outstanding professionalism from these people. Special thanks to Ivan, Sabina, Damian and the others.

Nice clean tidy hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff polite and dinner was good. Room clean and great viewing window Next to a Mall 5 min walk. Unsure of surroundings area as was only here one night and it rained a lot so didn’t venture far.

Beautiful views and windowsills

Super close to the airport, yet will take some while to the center if you decide to visit and hit the streets. The traffic is heavy and keeps you almost stalled for ages. Avoid rush hours for an advice! However the hotel and its design is fabulos for a Novotel . Really worth the money. Cleanliness was also Ok. Breakfast - more than one would really expect and definitely took our hearts through delicious thingies on the buffet!!
