Perfectly located at the airport train. Free shuttle to MRT Petchburi (transfer to Airport Train via this station). We had a standard room which was very spacious and clean. Nice pool area to relax. The breakfast buffet is very varied and delicious. Checking in and out was quick and friendly. The shuttle drivers are also very friendly. We will definitely be back.

This is very terrible service and I send it some fossil but this is not yet get and customer hungry to us if we deliver you should keep nicely and will call and ask they say no have we already delivered next time don't do it like that again !!!!! Have to be Good

Great stay at Mercure Makkasan. The facilities are nice and the hotel is conveniently located. The highlifht is the staff that is very nice, arranging and proactive! My only (minor) comment would be that the bathroom was missing hand soap for the sink and we had to use the shower soap.

Very accomodating and helpful staff. The rooms were big, clean and nicely furnished, although there weren't a lot of hooks to hang your things up. Broad buffet to choose from when eating breakfast. Even though the hotel is close to the Makkasan Trainstation, it is not easy to get to by foot, because you would have to walk on a big street without sidewalk. So we would recommend taking a Grab or Taxi from the station or directly from the airport.

เข้าไปเช็คอินครั้งแรกตอน 15:15 น ได้รับแจ้งว่าห้องพักเต็มยังไม่สามารถหาห้องได้และ offer ให้เป็นเตียงคู่แต่ที่จองไปเป็นเตียงเดี่ยว ถ้าตกลงจะรับเตียงคู่จะได้ห้องทันทีผมเลยแจ้งว่าขอรอเตียงเดี่ยวพนักงานก็แจ้งว่ากรุณารอสักครู่นะจะพยายามหาห้องให้ผมก็นั่งรอจนประมาณ บ่าย4 โมงเลยแจ้งพนักงานว่าขอไปนั่งดื่มรอได้ไหมเพราะช่วงนั้นหิวข้าวแล้ว กำลังดื่มไปสักพักก็เลยตัดสินใจเดินกลับลงมาที่ชั้น 8 ถามว่าได้ห้องหรือยังก็จะรับแจ้งว่ายังไม่ได้ห้องผมเลยแจ้งว่าเดี๋ยวขอออกไปทานข้าวข้างนอกถ้าห้องเสร็จแล้วให้โทรมาแจ้งด้วย พอไปทานข้าวข้างนอกเสร็จกลับเข้ามาถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 5 โมงครึ่ง ก็ไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนติดต่อไปเลยผมก็เลย ผมถามพนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์ว่าไม่เห็นมีใครโทรไปแจ้งเลยว่าได้ห้องหรือยังสรุปได้ห้องหรือยังพนักงานก็แจ้งว่าอ๋อเพิ่งได้ห้องกำลังจะให้น้องอีกคนโทรมาพอดี(พนักงานที่รับเรื่องตั้งแต่เริ่มน้องEnjoy ดูแลดี แต่คุณJoe เข้ามารับช่วงต่อเพื่อหาห้องให้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้รับการติดต่ออะไรอีกเลย) เข้าใจว่าห้องเต็ม แต่การจัดการ ไม่ดีเลย ให้ลูกค้ารอ แบบไม่รู้ความคืบหน้า
