Lovely stay at the Mercure hotel, very clean and professional looking. All staff were helpful and very friendly but in particular Kerri on the front desk. Always willing to help and nothing is ever too much. Will definitely be back in the future.

I was here to meet with family and friends. On checkin I was met by the friendly Holly and Kerri, they were very helpful with everything, offered to carry my luggage up to my room for me. We had a meal in the restaurant I had the prawn and chicken pad Thai and it was to die for everything was cooked perfectly by chef Kathryn. I have a nut allergy and she did say that the pad Thai came with peanuts but she would leave them out for me, as it wasn't to busy she did take the time to chat to us about things to do in perth and that there is a new museum open, which we took her advice and visited. Chloe was also very helpful on the bar was very helpful in helping me pick a drink as I am not a big drinker. The beds are really comfy and the rooms are dated and could do with some modern furniture, but on the plus side the rooms are very clean. All in all a very good stay and will definitely be back. Thank you team Mercure.

Staff in this hotel are fantastic front desk especially. Kerri at the front desk is very helpful and always keen to help you when required Rooms are lovely and any issue the maintenance man Kevin is always on hand for any problem Overall this is a present place to be

Bed very comfy had a great sleep, food was really good at a decent price. All staff very friendly and nice especially kathryn and holly went above and beyond for me nothing was an issue and always had a smile on there faces. Very nice looking hotel with a water mill running under it

I was here with my partner and we had a great stay, the food was lovely, it's very rare to see a female chef, but well done to her and the rest of the team that were on that night service very attentive and nothing was to much bother for them, what assets they are to you and the hotel. Breakfast the next day was fresh and hot, loads of fresh fruit and pastries to choose from and to see the young lady chef in first thing was lovely, just sorry we didn't catch her name.
