Good spot for a layover

Stayed one night for an early start next day. Hotel opposite terminal 3 exit on the airport train shuttle service so really handy connecting from and to the terminals. Restaurant was busy. Menu and food choices good. Staff ok, maybe more professional than friendly but no complaints. Room was a good size and hotel was modern and clean. Definitely a good spot for a layover.

A perfect place to spend the night before an early flight. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is not a bad place for the evening meal. We particularly enjoyed the large rooms and the rain shower was wonderful, too. If we need a room before a flight again, we will certainly return.

Nice room. Terrible service for families

I stayed in a suite with two young children. Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel twice to inform that I would be arriving with my children. I requested early check-in. When I arrived in the morning, the suite was not ready which is understandable. Because my children were very tired, I told the receptionist that I would even take two separate rooms and lose the difference in price, since my suite was quite expensive and even the price two smaller rooms together was less than the price of my suite. But the receptionist could not care less. She would not give me two rooms unless I did a completely new booking on the spot. She even told me to go to another hotel and pay “by the hour” until my suite was ready. We ultimately decided to wait for four hours until the suite was ready for us. The room itself was very nice. No complaints regarding the room. The next morning, while waiting in the lobby, my husband overheard the receptionist offering a different family two separate rooms since their suite was not ready. We were shocked as we were not afforded the same courtesy the day before. Truly disappointing.

Inaccurate check in information by check in desk Stated shuttle to terminal 2e In fact there is none Very rude hostess at restaurant I went down to order a burger to take to my room and she refused to take order and bawled me out telling me it must be done by room service only which is more expensive

So so experience with a few areas lacking. They are short on staff, hard to reach over the phone and have no actual, dedicated concierge service. Our first room was available right away but the second one took another 4 hours to be ready (6pm). A lot of the staff do all tasks: luggage, check in, concierge, etc. They didn t always follow up on a few basic requests such as getting a shuttle to the airport. It took several times asking to finally get one scheduled and it was scheduled at the wrong time.
