I don’t normally leave reviews , but felt that this lovely hotel truly deserves one. My husband and I stayed from 28 Sep 2023 for 3 nights . The hotel staff was helpful upon arrival, the rooms was cleaned everyday , spacious with the most amazing views . The hotel to the lakes was just 30mins drive , perfect location . We have booked another trip staying at your hotel for 2024 .

As a 4-stars hotel, Mercure Nerocubo in Rovereto dissapoints in many areas: breakfast just average (bread and rolls were absolutelly terrible), room just 'so-so' (funny idea of putting a smoke detector just above the bed - with two red diods blinking every 5 seconds), little bit noisy at night (between a highway and a railroad). Only personnel is up to Mercure standards. But for us, the best of all was ... location. Just perfect if You want to visit Lake Garda, Trento, Verona...

The hotel provides Mercure prices at an old Ibis standards. So, in other words a lot of improvement is need it. No classic amenities in the bathroom, no sleepers, the safe box doesn't work and the flat screen advertised on website is a 15 years old TV with a decider that doesn't work. In the room the pillows are from 80s, so please visit IKEA. The room cleaning should be improved also. The breakfast is very low: no vegetables except for some small tomatoes. Fruits are from canes...and the usual ham and scrabbled eggs. The coffee machine doesn't work and the juice machine is from 20s...The tea offer is also very low quality. No diversity or fresh approach. In a country with an excellent coffee, a lot of cheese, fruits and vegetables to provide such a low quality breakfast is a management issue and lack of customer attention.

Parking place available in night and it was without reservation in advance. Wifi working properly. Minibar full and available in room for customers. Very good choice of food on breakfast and very good eggs. Next time I will choose this hotel, again.

Toilet flush not working properly despite reporting it earlier, room phone was hidden and accessible only from 1 side of bed, seats for breakfast was inadequate for 80 rushing tourists. Room was clean and comfortable, modern design, staff are friendly
