Good hotel for business

The hotel is very good to stay for business, every thing is good and enough, breakfast is Varity and nice. the service is very good, rooms are small but good and enough. The location of hotel is bad because there is nothing beside it else than workshops, all workshops, no markets or pharmacies, although the hotel is on the main road.

Poor Customer Service

This was my 3rd visit to Ibis. The customer service was totally bad this time. 1. I was made to wait for 30 mins without reason before checking In. 2. The check-in bill was wrongly deducted and had to pay extra during checkout. 3. Bill was not provided upon purchase from the coffee house and only provided upon request. I requested a missing bill for purchase from the coffee house during my checkout and they were unable to provide me. I had to check out and catch my flight so I contacted their Rooms Division manager & Sales manager Mr. Mohamed Abdul Rahim but he was of no support, he did not find my bill nor is he responding to my messages. Once we check out they really don't care about the customer. Sure to say they lost a returning customer.

Ibis Yanbu – Saudi Arabia Ibis Yanbu is a perfect choice for business or leisure when visiting Yanbu. This hotel offers guests all the comforts you would expect with excellent bedroom facilities and the most comfortable beds for a perfect nights sleep. There is also free Wi-fi and a flatscreen tv for anyone looking to access the internet or just relax and watch some international TV. During the day the hotel has a swimming pool to stay cool and relax in. The hotel also has an excellent café/restaurant offering a wonderful choice of international and local cuisine. Located only a short drive from the airport and just 5 minutes from the commercial district and old town Ibis Yanbu is an excellent choice. This hotel offers great value and we highly recommend it.
