The room was not very clean. I had to ask for a pillow case. The doors are very loud when shutting. Small cold buffet with do it yourself boiled eggs. Reserved parking, which was useful for us but as other reviews state spaces are small and entrance is narrow,only suitable for small cars and no roof loads

Room service usually meets our customers' expectations. Indeed, we had limited places and our parking is very narrow for large cars (4x4, station wagons ...), we warn our customers that it is difficult to access the reservation either by phone or email. Two nights during Christmas 2022

We stayed two nights at this Ibis Styles during our Christmas trip to Grenoble, while stopover here on route to Les Deux Alpes, arriving on 24th and leaving on 26th December 2022. The hotel is perfectly located near bus/ train station and it is also not very far (within walking distance) from old town and cable car station. If you are arriving from Grenoble airport, you are 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station to this hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful and offered good advice on local French restaurants. There is a Carrefour supermarket next to the hotel (convenient for you to get drinking water). The hotel has free tea and coffee and pastries in the lobby and a kids' corner. The room given to us was family room (double bed with a sofa bed), but there was no kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee. The bathroom has a powerful shower, but they did not clean the room everyday. The room was a bit too warm for us and we needed to open the window to let in fresh air. Our rate included buffet breakfast. The breakfast was plain and simple without any hot foods. However, the fresh orange juice and yogurt were nice. Definitely, breakfast offering could be improved.

A standard ibis style experience.

First - if you planning to bring your car, make sure to reserve a space in their garage. Otherwise it gets complicated. Hotel is in good location, easy access to the most things. Clean and in good shape. Breakfast is ok, bread section could use some work.

My usual hotel was fully booked so i was offered the Ibis Syles as an alternative, it was approx 5 mins walk from the station and was easy to find. Check inn was easy and quick, my room was on the 1st floor. The room was compact but ok for a short stay and was clean and tidy., downside is the room has no safe to store your valuables if needed. The area is ok and is on the main tram and bus route and a short walk to the old town area. Handy tip next door is a supermarket handy for drinks and snacks. My sleep was good and very quiet and a good air conditioning unit to keep you cool. Breakfast is a simple offer, breads and some meats with tea & coffee. If my normal Hotel is not available in the future then i would be ok staying here again.

Simple for quick night only.

You get what you paid for. This area of Grenoble is a bit trash. Absolutely avoid a room pointing in the backyard; the neighbours are loud, making party, breaking glass. Ask a room pointing towards the front street. There is only a few parkings available, and its not easy to find a spot in the streets. Don't leave anything visible in your car.
