best hotel in town and has a good value. i love the lobby so clean and big, the receptionist was rellay friendly and helpful. for sure would be comeback here for next stay. has a good location in the heart of city makes easier acces to go somewhere. thank you for Ms Melinda

Thank you for Ibis Surabaya City Center, especially Melinda in front office department. Really nice and helpfull because i dont need to wait for any longer to get my room. Nice view and nice service in the strategic location in center of city.

Assisted by Melinda my check in process getting smooth and easy. I also get my room before 2 pm. I had a plan to went hoe tomorrow earlier before 10 am, so ibis surabaya city center is best choice to stay. Located in strategic area in the center of city.

Thank you for Fara And Melinda in front office , really nice and humble to assist me get room. I almost lost my phone in the lobby area but thankful The staff found in lobby area. Best service and good room i love it. I give for 5 starts rate for ibis surabaya city center.

Best hotel for staycation and spending time situ family. I had a trip to my Downtown, such a long trip and Need to get a rest in Surabaya for a dah. Eventually i found Ibis Surabaya city Center and i get the best room with non smoking room. Thanks to MS. Melinda.
