Another successful visit with a sporting team. Great location and conveniently located next to indoor swimming facility and RSL. Rooms are great size although lack of drawers, and USB ports is the only criticism of the hotel. Great WIFI, free laundries on every floor and convenient restaurant on site. Biggest plus- the staff. From front of house to reception, to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, everyone had a smile. Special thanks to Andrew and Tenille at front of house and Jo-Anne in the restaurant, all very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed here for one night in September 2023. This hotel is ideally placed if you need easy access to West Sydney. Located in West HQ the hotel is surrounded by a few cafes etc. which is convenient for a short stay. The rooms are a little outdated and the televisions in particular are quite small. In saying that the rooms are large with enough room to spread out for 3 or 4 people. The bathrooms are also showing their age.

We stay at this hotel regularly for Gymnastics. Always have a great stay. Very spacious comfortable room. My only complaint would be on our most recent stay, was being woken at 7am with Renovations! Banging and crashing.

We finally decided to visit this club . Looking to have a great meal after looking over the menus, we thought to give the Steak and Oyster Restaurant a go. Walking in, we could not believe that it was situated in a food court as prices were on the high end. No table service and seating not what you would expect.We did however order our meals but were told we had to go to the cafe to buy our drinks. Serious? Over I trudge to get them. The one person in front of me ordered a coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and bottled water. Then the wait began. The gentleman got his coffee in about five minutes and I am still waiting and trying to watch for our meals to come up. I see the older of the ladies make a food order and put it up. I was astounded that it was for the lady that ordered after me. 15 minutes plus to get my order....not impressed. Although the meals were very delicious, the very poor service of the cafe and setup ruined a special day out. I did send a feedback to the club 2 days ago and no response. A simple acknowledgement would have been nice.
