Pleasant stay, really Helpful miss Regina

I was staying for 4 night at ibis busan ambassador with my wife and 5 months old infant. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of option to choose for an ibis. The breakfast place was quite spacey. I would like to thank Miss Regina, who at this moment was a trainee reception at ibis ambassador, on 6 May i planned to go to Seoul. But all KTX ticket was sold out, i try to check for flight and bus also. But it was all sold out. Thankfully, Miss Regina somehow able to find a bus that still have seats on Korean kakao application. She even help us to book and pay it first for us. Thanks to her, we managed to arrive at seoul and stick to our itirenary. Thank you and warm regards

Less than 10 stations from Busan Station/ KTX station and right across from Bujeon station Exit 1 (escalator) and Exit 9 (stairs). You are surrounded by lots of food, theres a Bujeon market right behind, random food stalls across and coffee houses within the vicinity. Note that there are 2 different Bujeon stations for different train lines so do check your map before heading to the right station. A very basic hotel aligned to the ibis standards, bath amenities, beverage minibar and a permanent international socket available. Do not expect 4 - 5 stars facilities here, you are essentially paying for convenience and accessibility.

We stayed 2 nights in triple delux room which had 1 double and 1 twin bed and a small sofa in front of the TV. Room is spacious, but the lighting is dim. The carpet is old and dirty feeling. Slippers (but not the disposable ones) were provided like most other hotels, but at the Ibis, you would definitely want to wear the slippers. Bathroom is very basic with very plain with average water pressure. We did not want to use the bathroom any longer than necessary. Location is near a morning market, but evening is quiet. Receptionist would not check us in when arrived 30min prior to check in time of 2pm. Would not return.

As expected for a three star. Smaller rooms, but clean though, the bidet is a plus for this hotel. The downside is it has some moulds, a little in the shower box but generally clean. The breakfast area is bigger, food selection is OK, you have to clean up your table though. The surrounding area is not the greatest, not the modern side of Busan, but safe.
