Clean and comfy room with parking nearby. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a stay but skip the breakfast which is over priced and of very poor quality (unless you like your sausages lukewarm and hash browns the consistency of cardboard).

Handy for local amenities but needs a bit more love

Easy to find hotel within close proximity to Shepherd's Bush tube but at night some unsavoury characters around (not the hotels fault). Bed comfy and good night's sleep had. Room small with very small toilet and shower pod attached on. Needs some more sockets in the room. Breakfast was average to be honest, nothing special. Staff seemed busy and rushing around. Food not always replenished after gone so little bread for the cheese and hams. Staff generally friendly but not all Was expecting a little better but I'd say 5/10

Stay there 3 nights after disappointing stay in Ibis Styles in Barcelona and can recommend it. As I expected as a frequent guest at Accor hotels - very clean hotel, pleasant stay, nice staff, very good breakfast, coffee and tea in the room. The location is perfect - with very good connections to the city center. The only cons: it is an old hotel and the floor creaks everywhere - in the room, in the corridor, in the rooms above or next

Substandard, smoky room - and a flood!

Not great. Location is excellent and convenient. There’s a Pizza Express right next door, tons of shops within steps, and the Westfield Mall is a couple of blocks away, That said: bleh. Someone had been smoking up a storm in our bathroom before we arrived. The smell was overwhelming. We got one of the room cleaners to give us a bottle of that “magic spray” that’s supposed to eliminate smoke smell, but the nasty stink lingered all night, despite a LOT of spraying. The bed was… okay… but not up to good hotel room standard, with a weird thin mattress, a mattress topper thingie, and legs that were starting to buckle a bit. The bathroom is a weird pod-like curvilinear plastic installation in the corner of the room. It’s a step up to get in. The loo bowl is molded into the wall, not a separate unit bolted to it, so it sags a tad when you sit down: very surprising! And not in a good way. Towels were… clean? But didn’t look that sanitary. Then in the morning, my husband took a shower, and the drain was completely blocked! Water all over - as though in a wet room - except it is not. The shower didn’t drain AND the bathroom floor had standing water and soapsuds on it. Very unpleasant and he could not finish showering because the flooding would not stop!!! Needless to say I was unable to shower myself. Maybe we got a substandard Hotels dot com room? I don’t know. But even at a decent-ish rate this hotel was not worth it and we will be avoiding the Ibis brand In future.

It was very wise to choose Ibis Hotel for my stay. The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, the room was comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was too delicious. It's a great value for the price. I definitely recommend it. If you are going to London, this is the option.
