Good, but improvement needed

Stayed for two nights. Room we were in appears to have been recently renovated. It’s clean comfort and modern. The ensuite is excellent, room was pretty big, beds were comfortable, we were allocated room in the early 100, it’s very noisy due to truck and noisy exhaust from cars. Goes on all day, and starts early in the morning. Recommend visitors to request room no’s. after 110 onwards as the early number’s on located too close the cross road section and very noisy. Maybe operator should sound proof windows in these rooms. Not sure when this process started, but hotel only cleans cups, glasses and clear garbage bins, do not change towels or remake up bed. Never used to be this way. Perhaps another mirror in the room not just in ensuite.

Great hotel for the price.

It's cheap and cheerful but a really good hotel for the price. It's conveniently located close to the centre of town, easy to access, clean and tidy and breakfast isn't bad either. Sure, there is probably more up market hotels but for what we need it's excellent. We've stayed twice over the years and will stay again next year.

Very comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. The facilities were as expected from an Ibis Styles hotel. Restaurant on premises was good.Convenient spot for one night stay. Beds and pillows comfortable. Stairs to first floor so need to carry bags.

Travelling for work. The air con is sub standard not working the room is old bathroom old and run down and you have a rather large step to get into shower. I have called reception to ask if something can be done. They say we will send maintenance to check it out. “Your company booked a standard room and that is what you have got” well my company has booked me a standard room for the last few bookings and I have not had to stay in a room like this. I visit here every two weeks and I will be cancelling my future bookings. Staff were rude. And did not seem to care.

Lovely place to stay. Hannah at reception was the most helpful assistant ever. We arrived around midnight, due to long distance travel and she was very hospitable, friendly and helped us with a very stressful evening we were having prior to arriving at the Ibis. Hannah is an asset to the company. Our room was very clean and tidy. Our shower was a good size with a great water nozzle to reach a whole person, not just their arm. We had breakfast buffet and was lovely and fresh and a good selection to choose from. The restaurant was clean and can fit quite a few in it. Location was great! Parking was also good.
