I visited almost all hotel in aerocity, and all property has good service & hospitality, But the Novotel is the best hotel in my experience, this is really deserve to praise,About service, food, house keeping, swimming pool, everything is fine Better then other properties. And special thanks to Ayushi who take cared very well of my needs and asked about stay will try to come soon here. Thanks Ayushi and team Housekeeping 🙌

Excellent service Room view was wonderful l always enjoy my stay to Novotel coz it gives me a feel of my own house and treats me like their own family thank you to everyone the staff is always very polite and very helpful special mention to Ayushi who crossed her way to help me out. Thanks to Chandrapal who were so polite n guided me whenever needed I would like to visit Novotel back again thank you once again Novotel family.

House keeping process is very nice & excellent. Gajendra kumar from house keeping floor incharge Mr. Sunil has provided best room services cleening part is excellent. Once again I have definitely plan to regain visit this hotal for whatever service provide to us.
