The service is really great. Devajani is really great housekeeping supervisor and Julluin from laundry was really great to understand the urgency. Really great staff and service. I would ensure I stay here next time I visit. Great job team Novotel

Devajani and Vimal floor supervisor are good to host and provide services with all perfection, Also Vinod a floor attendent kept room neat and clean on time. Cleaning of room is very attentive and good. It's good decision to opt this hotel and visit in future too..

Room cleaning was excellent. Housekeeping floor boy Mr vinoth was very good. He kept my room neat. Floor supervisor Miss Devajani & Mr Vimal they are very friendly with us taking care of my room Thank you to housekeeping team
