Very good service and cleaning Devajani. Sudhaamani raman staff very friendly and helpful. Womderful service from the hosekeeping Department. I will suggest my friends to stay here. I will like to give 5 star rating. Nice place to enjoy and stay.

It was great service. De Devajani was great. She helped me with my room and she took care of my laundry the same day. I’m leaving really good review because she’s amazing. Shunmugamani her boss was helping me too. The room was ver clean every day. I was very happy with the service!!!

Devajini and Subbaraman House Keeping staff service is very good. Very good and courteous service by Restaurant Staff. Tasty food. Room Service response time needs improvement. Good Spa experience which is very relaxing and stress reliever. Swimming pool maintenance is very good. Gym equipment’s are well maintained. Reception staff response is very good We are enjoying our stay

Wonderful service from housekeeping department. Especially Miss Devajani and Mr Shajil. Devajani was very helpful and always smiling and polite The room was exceptionally clean and tidy making for a great experience staying here Will be staying again

Devjani and Shajil are good at their work. The rooms are clean and fresh and seems new after every day cleaning . A veryy good team headed by Shanmugmi . Stay at Novotel has been a good experience for me and my family. Recommend Novotel for Official and private experience.
