Standard Novotel in Great location

The hotel is of the normal Novotel standard. clean functional rooms, with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, nothing special, but nothing to complian about. Helpful friendly staff throughout from reception staff to the cleaning staff, always smiling and cheerful. The location of the hotel is excellent. Tramway and bus stops directly outside hotel entrance, havaş airport bus drop off/ pick up directly outside. Train station 2 minute walk away. Next too the hotel is a shopping mall with all the usual brands, migros süpermarket and food court. The castle and historic centre is a couple of minutes walk past the mall. Around 10 minute steady walk from the hotel. Also the amazing mosaic museum is walking distance, took me around 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel, çok teşekkür ederim

Great location in Gaziantep city, the room is large and comfortable with very good street view, the team of the reception are friendly and smiling. We asked for the Airport shuttle bus, they say you can wait in some point in front of the hotel, there is no sign to wait behind...

The hotel staff are professional and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I talked with the staff about the internet issue, it didn’t work most of the time. We stayed there for 8 nights. I wished that would have been different as I had so many meetings to attend. I was disappointed of the internet.

Overall, the place has a dorm-like feel, particularly in the hallways and elevator. The room was clean and decent sized although a little dated. WiFi was lousy but they had four English speaking channels which was a big bonus for us. Front desk personnel were nice and the breakfast was ok. Limited parking. Not sure if I wold stay here again but it wasn’t a bad value as the price was very reasonable.

I spent three nights here, and it's an average hotel. The lobby has been refurbished, but the rooms are tired and have seen better days. They're basic but functional. Reception staff, and in particular the breakfast staff, are disinterested and disengaged - you won't get much out of them in terms of service or warmth. The good thing is the price, and the fact that it's right next door to a large mall.
