Friendly staff, pleasant location, pity about the morning smell

+ve: Friendly staff, pleasant quiet location next to harbour, spacious room. -ve: - Woke up around 04:30 from the smell of meat being cooked for breakfast, coming from vents (from kitchen presumably) outside our room (window open). We were on 1st floor with room overlooking rear. - Hotel car park, although conveniently close, had a rather tedious access route, only from the Lift taken from ground floor.

Dear Sir or Madam Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of our establishment. We regret the inconvenience caused by the preparation of breakfast, as we have no other solution than to use a hood that opens onto the outside. We will not fail to remember during your next stay to offer you a room more on the extremities of the establishment. Our car park, which is admittedly original in terms of access, is secure and we make it available to our customers free of charge. We are delighted that our team has met your expectations. Great stay here for one night en route to the Loire. Clean efficient & friendly. Had room 130, which had wonderful waterfront view, with balcony & chairs. Breakfast was varied & plentiful. We will be back, thank you : )

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights as we moved from Paris across Normandy to Brittany - and we loved this place. The room was on the second floor (first floor of them because the ground floor is "O" Zero) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The town is very close most people can walk it. After returning to the room following a full day of exploration, we were pleasantly surprised to find the staff had placed two chairs and a small table out on our balcony overlooking the canal. We opened a bottle of wine we purchased in town and had some local cheese with a fresh baguette we got from the bakery. We were in heaven as we watched the sun set over the town. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. This is a wonderful place to stay. Free parking around back.

Good spot on the small harbour. Nice little town with good restaurants. Hotel offering the typical Ibis bedroom, ours had a balcony. Nice spacious and cosy lounge. Lively bar area in the evening. We want to congratulate the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much.

My beautiful young wife and I enjoyed a few days in Port-en-Bessin-Huppain recently and stayed here. I have actually previously stayed in the hotel and, for this reason, chose to return. Facilites are typical for Ibis. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good. Bar was typical. Location is great on the East Quay of the Port Basin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is free but the bigger parking area, although directly connected to the hotel, can be hard to find (it is behind and above the hotel). All good!
