This place is outdated and need serious refurbishment. The staff there could not care less. The room was dirty and the door broken. The only good thing is I've asked to be reimbursed and they did right away which prove they are well aware of the state of this hotel. For this price, you can certainly find better place.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Stinks of urine as soon as you go in and that’s not the worst part. Staff are so uninterested it’s like they have been forced to be there. A lovely lady checked us in but that was it. We were told breakfast was in another adagio not too far which wasn’t a problem but wasn’t told we needed to get a ticket from reception so we got to breakfast and 2 ladies were so rude until I raised my voice and asked how we were meant to know we needed a ticket. We had our room key but obviously not enough evidence. They did let us in but the funny part is we shouldn’t have bothered as breakfast was literally dirty water(capuccino) and a sad excuse for baguette. The bathroom was mouldy and water won’t drain from the bath. Room is tired and need lots of work. One service they are really prompt at though is when it’s time to kick you out. The staff rang our room bell at 10.40 even though checkout was 11. Like after all the crap we been through u can’t at least wait until check out time before you ring the room?

The apartments are quite comfortable to stay. It provides all the basic necessities one needs for a good stay. Tram station is right outside the hotel. Railway stations and bus stops are 10-12 minutes walk away. There are many eateries, supermarkets within a walking distance. It was a blessing to have a fully functional kitchenette with all the cutlery and crockery. Though the apt is not too big, it was sufficient for 3 of us. Breakfast was good too.

This hotel has bed bugs. Do not stay here!!!! I ended up with bites all over my face and arms. I alerted the hotel staff and they did nothing and it was clear that they already knew about the situation and are not doing anything to remedy it.

One star is too many for this dump. Avoid at all costs!

I do not recall having a worse experience at a hotel. This establishment is not even fit to rent rooms. Our suite had broken doorhandles, decaying furniture and moulding, broken doorhandles and no climate control to cool the room (just a flimsy fan/space heater for one part of the tiny two room suite). We had to open the windows and got riddled by mosquito bites. The bathroom furniture was decaying, toilet was also detached from the wall and there was peeling paint everywhere. The "suite" had two tiny twin beds pushed together and a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa bed. Upon arrival, we asked for three key cards because we were three colleagues staying there for a nearby event (the Adagio is near the convention center). We had separate evening plans and would be getting in at different times. They said they had a "key problem" and could only spare us one. We insisted and they still refused. All this for over 300 euros a night... unbelievable. I am only sparing my time to write this review to make sure other travelers avoid this place at all costs.
