Clean and secure hotel good for a few days stay.

I gave this a four-star review based on the fact that it is a BUDGET hotel. We stayed here for three-nights at the beginning of our trip to Spain in September. As a couple, with several large suitcases, it was okay for a few nights, we were not able to unpack much so getting ready each day was a challenge. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfortable. It's odd that the shower is in the middle of the room (as opposed to being within an enclosed bathroom) so each time we showered the room stayed very humid for a good amount of time. Thankfully, the windows do open and you can control the temperature of your room so this wasn't much of an issue. We sleep with eye masks on, so this wasn't an issue, but right above the bed in our room there was a smoke or CO2 detector that flashed a green light all day and all night. If we didn't have our masks, this would have driven us crazy at night. This hotel isn't in the tourist hot spots, but it's near a main road with stores and restaurants. It's a two-minute walk from a metro station and the Madrid subway is affordable and easy to navigate. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Dirty and outdated, very noisy and as a result you lack good quality of sleep. Far from the centre, Expensive on site parking. Breakfast is extremely poor. Does not look like one of the Accor hotels at all.

You know what you normally get with Ibis budget hotels. Functional, but too small to be comfortable enough. The price is normally the main quality of these hotels. Friendly staff and good wifi service too. Very close to a metro stop and to supermarkets and bars

Hotel staffs are very accomodating

The location is good, easy access to the metro station, the room was clean and the staffs are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place for family or if u are travelling with group of friends.

The hotel has the potential to get 4 or even 5 stars reviews, but on this occasion, I had to rate only 3 stars due to the following: I have done the check-in online and requested 2 extra pillows in the room. Once I got to the reception had to do the check-in all again. The keys weren’t ready as they say on their website when you do the check-in online. Customer requests weren’t available (extra pillows). The temperature of the shower keeps going from hot to cold to boiling, which was quite annoying. Everything else was okay. The room isn’t big, but it is okay for a couple of days. The air conditioning was working fine. Breakfast is ok. The room is very quiet, which is good. The hotel has easy access from the metro station.
