Worst front desk employees !!

Worst place in terms of customer service, worse welcoming ! All worse even before I checked completely In. Booked the place for a night due to natural disaster in Sharjah and could not access my house. As the primary I had my original ID. For my for my wife I had copy of passport and copy of ID. Makemytrip app says photo identification of guest is accepted. In the end they could not allow us to check in ! And still refused to refund my hard earned money ! Imagine during a natural disaster. No compassuon at all !! Cold hearted receptionist !!

My establishment was very lucky to have such an excellent employees including the country mates from Sri Lanka, in particular Wageesha.He has been outstanding and his customer service is truly remarkable. A great asset to the establishment!! I felt Ibis like my usual stay in Africa and Sri Lanka because him. I will surely recommend my friends n relatives. Will back soon.

“I recently stayed at the Ibis Deira City Center Hotel and inadvertently left big amount of cash in my room upon checking out. Upon realizing my mistake, I contacted the hotel, and the head of security, who was exceptionally courteous and professional, promptly confirmed that my money had been found. After verifying my identity, they graciously arranged for a trusted friend to collect the funds on my behalf. I am immensely grateful for their honesty, integrity, and outstanding service. This experience truly exemplifies the exceptional standards of the Dubai Ibis hotel, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and reliability.”

This hotel is conjoined with Novotel. Received excellent service from the staff, and they're really friendly. Cleanliness 4/5. Across the street is a mall where you can just walk if you need to buy something. Beautiful place to stay and budget friendly. Dipesh did a good job with room service/cleaning the room.
