Perfect place to stay.

Very good service and friendly staff. Everything was set to our satisfaction and we will use the services again. The food was good and everything was on time. Staff were so helpful to make sure we were happy. Ibis hotel maintains the highest standards . It was like a luxurious stay . Everything was at perfect. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Thank you for such a great food at dinner buffet. Spread were amazing with delicious food. Shabbir and Tushar were amazing , they were humble and courteous.

Disaster one day stay

Very disappointed with the hotel. Heard it was good but was a disaster. 1. Trays after lunch not taken away though I kept it out. Ordered lunch n ate by 3pm . Till 9pm was still outside the door. 2. House keeping waz pathetic. Made 9 calls from 2pm for someone to check the fridge. Engineer came at 9pm 3. Wen the room has double occupancy there must be 2 bath towels 2 napkins. Not in the room on check in. Called front desk 7 times for the extra towels etc n they sent it at 8.45pm. No tissue roll wen we checked in so agsin few calls n one roll comes at 8.30pm. 4. Lunch order took 2 hr15 mins 5. Food was not upto the mark at all and very highly priced . Not palatable at all. No breakfast menu for early risers 6. In the room the table to eat was so small can hardly put the tray down. 7. No first aid for guests. Alot of service levels need to be improved or else word will go round that it's not upto the standard n for the amount they charge Me never again

Most pathetic and disgusting service from this hotel , its getting worsening every single day . Food is good , rooms are ok , but staffs very unprofessional, i do understand thats its a budget hotel but , staff bad behaviour and rudeness very sad .

Manani and Yashvini frontdesk staff they went Beyond and above to help me with my needs. They did go out of thier way to accommodate what we needed They are the sort of employees I would highly recommend to keep and train new employees to be like them. Will visit again soon....

Very nice stay.. Recommend to all.. Very nice staff. Neat and clean rooms.. Tejas was very nice human being.. Will definitely visit again. I have stayed for 2 days.. Overall service was best.. Cafeteria area, lobbies, restaurants amazing.
