Great to stay before flight we parked in the multistorey carpark opposite the hotel and the terminal is just across the road perfect also the room is basic but clean we ate in the restaurant which offers a good choice and very good will definitely recommend

Ibis new sweets. Lovely clean functional rooms. Very nice helpful staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. Excellent breakfast, highly recommend the cooked option. The rooms are very small,newly decorated and they have everything that you need, excellent value for money. Staff are exceptional and friendly for a hotel of this type, and you feel looked after. Overnight stop before an early flight, do it!

Brilliant service today by Vishnu at the Ibis Budget Birmingham Airport Hotel restaurant. Rooms are basic, comfortable and functional. Good value for the money. Great service and and very attentive service by Vishnu! Food was delicious! Thank you Vishnu!

Lovely people at reception and bar and breakfast. Not my thing for a long work stay tho - too many drunk people. Although the staff are lovely and close to the terminal Good for the transport to City centre So good luck and hope your stay is better than mine

Visited the restaurant as a solo traveller and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Vishnu was very attentive and took orders quickly and efficiently. Sophie was lovely! She stopped for a chat when she brought my wine even though it was busy!!! Thank you
