Very strict with Accor members

Advised by Square restaurant that we are now allowed to take our meals for take away when discounted 50%. Wife and I are both Accor members. Wife was mauled to death by mosquitoes during dinner. Advised by the restaurant only for dine in but we did dine in and did not finish. We ate abit of everything. They let use take the food away this one time but won't be returning. We never had this issue at Novotel Benoa.

Great stay, we enjoyed the special treatment from all staff. We received a room upgrade to apartment 1 bedroom, the room was spacious, comfy and clean. Since I travel with family (especially with baby), it is the best room option, there is a fridge and mini kitchen. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. We love the swimming pool, th shade from the trees, and the kiddy pool. We will surely come back and stay longer. Some advice, don't follow google maps while coming here, it leads you to the road behind it.

lovely hotel with the breakfast was very good meal and a lot of variety local and international food very delicious yet there the ala carte menu and the thime night buffet dinner was wonderful with the price was not really expensive ...very good experience when i was enjoy the beach club with the cocktail recommended from the wonderful staff and friendly , for sure i will be back and stay with Novotel Bali nusadua...

The food at the breakfast was very nice,The price is not very expensive, and i like the staff is very humble, im very happy because balinese buffet at the square restauran have a balinese dancing , and iam very happy because the place is very good.

Novotel Bali Nusa Dua is a Amazing Hotel The Breakfast was Very good and a lot variety of food Theme night was very beatiful with balinese dancing and tradisional music The Staff was very wonderfull and eccellent service Surely we are looking forward to stay at novotel again and of course nice taste for cocktail at gourmet BAR
