Good choice for holiday

The hotel is very clean, nice staff. Thank Ms Syaicom with warm welcome my family. There is a big swimming pool my children enjoy and love so much as well as delicious food with reasonable price. They supply the shuttle bus to the beach every 15 minutes and shuttle to the shopping counter. There are a lot of fun besides shopping mall. We can find restaurant, water blow, theatre…. It’s compound and very beautiful.

We base our high rating solely on customer service. Would like to name a particular employee / receptionist Vena P. Aprilia. My husband lost an item of value and Vena made every effort to assist us in recovering the item, Vena certainly went over and above her duties. We travel frequently this level of customer service is difficult to find. Thank you to all the staff at Novotel particularly to Vena P.Aprilia

Very strict with Accor members

Advised by Square restaurant that we are now allowed to take our meals for take away when discounted 50%. Wife and I are both Accor members. Wife was mauled to death by mosquitoes during dinner. Advised by the restaurant only for dine in but we did dine in and did not finish. We ate abit of everything. They let use take the food away this one time but won't be returning. We never had this issue at Novotel Benoa.

Great stay, we enjoyed the special treatment from all staff. We received a room upgrade to apartment 1 bedroom, the room was spacious, comfy and clean. Since I travel with family (especially with baby), it is the best room option, there is a fridge and mini kitchen. Breakfast is good with lots of variety. We love the swimming pool, th shade from the trees, and the kiddy pool. We will surely come back and stay longer. Some advice, don't follow google maps while coming here, it leads you to the road behind it.

lovely hotel with the breakfast was very good meal and a lot of variety local and international food very delicious yet there the ala carte menu and the thime night buffet dinner was wonderful with the price was not really expensive ...very good experience when i was enjoy the beach club with the cocktail recommended from the wonderful staff and friendly , for sure i will be back and stay with Novotel Bali nusadua...
