We checked in last April 15 and Sheng was so nice and efficient. However, when we were dining at Spiral for dinner, we felt discriminated against and not being attended to. It was a Monday night and nothing crazy, that’s why I felt that the service staff could have given a good service. For a five-star rating, this is not what I expected especially from a bespoke restaurant like Spiral. I hope to rewind and go back in time to better enjoy the birthday celebration of my father. I believe that Sofitel can do more and better. I haven’t tried their other restaurants and I hope it’s not the same bad experience with Spiral.

The hotel is wonderful. Front desk is very helpful getting taxis. The view from my room was awesome. The Restaurant service is excellent. If something I can highlight it is the kindness and how helpful is Mss.Mai,she help me with the setting of the thermostat and did a great job cleaning the room.

The room is so clean and elegant. the staff are very approachable and accomodating especially Mam Alex and Mam Mia. We will book again someday with my family. The food is very delicious and worth the price. The swimming pool is good and the place are very nice. I thank also the sofitel for the free upgrade of our room.

Stayed in a luxury twin room with my daughter. The room is spacious and with nice facilities. The hotel itself is a luxury in itself. Spiral Restaurant offers multiple cuisine and the restaurant ambiance is very nice. Sofitel's swimming pool is one of the best, if not the best that i've seen. Employees are friendly and accommodating. This hotel is very much recommended.

The first choice we have to celebrate wonderful precious moments for our family since day 1 is here in Sofitel with the help of our kind and thoughtful event manager, Ma’am Vigie Sales-Salvador! ♥️ We had our wedding (Luzon and Visayas Ballroom) here two years ago and now celebrating our little one’s baptismal and birthday (Boracay Room) too! Always a blast here in Sofitel; the team—chef, waiters, servers, band, and all the managers—made sure that we will have a great time with zero worries during the event! Thank you Ma’am Vigie for selecting the best players of the band to serenade us during our son’s party! Hands down to the team! ♥️ We truly are grateful for each and everyone!
