Second time at the Sofitel in Gatwick, very convenient choice ahead of an early flight. Always confortable, clean and quiet rooms. Easy to forget you are in an airport. Great service from Samim at the restaurant and good food. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Great meal with excellent service. Food was presented well, waiting staff were attentive, and were good with children. Great hotel to visit before getting a flight. Decent choice on the menu, table was clean, they had a high chair available. Our waiter Samim was excellent.

Margo was so kind, friendly and generous. We spent a really good time at the lounge. We were hesitant upgrading our stay but absolutely no regret in our decision and highly recommend it to anyone who’s got along flights ahead and need to relax!

When we arrived at the Sofitel hotel we were greeted by Mustafa. He was extremely helpful and very polite. He explained where to park my car as he took care of all of our luggage as well as assisting my Wife to our room.

My husband and I stayed here before an early flight. The hotel is so convenient for the airport terminal. On arrival we were greeted by Mustafa who helped us with our luggage. He was very polite and helpful in telling us all about the facilities in the hotel including where we could eat and get a drink. Nothing was too much trouble. The room itself was great with a good view of the runway and the bed extremely comfortable with a great shower and lovely expensive toiletries. We ate in the Oriental restaurant which has great food, if a little pricey. Looking forward to our next visit in the Summer.
