As always the best hotel at London Gatwick! Luxury runway view club room very good with everything you need. From a mini bar included with the room, great views of Gatwick and the runway view!! The doorman offering the concierge services 24/7 and a special mention of Alexandra in the club lounge working non stop! Alexandra in the club lounge is amazing, giving fantastic service to each and every customer. My only slight criticism is that the lounge is very busy and a little too small for demand, which makes Alexandria all the better!

Superior Airport Hotel

My wife and I stayed here for one night. I thought it would be a fairly standard airport hotel. I was pleased to discover the room was large and the bed comfortable. I also appreciated having a decent shower. We paid a little extra in order to gain access to the Milleseme (sp?) lounge. This provided us with 'free' drinks, canapés and a cheeseboard. Service was excellent. I don't think TA allows me to mention names, but the lady in charge was truly warm and welcoming.

The room was very nice and clean. I sleep like a baby also Very nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing and the kids love it, the had a lots of variety and choices. On my check out, I did lost my purse and Forough ( staff member) help me to find it which I was very pleased 🙂

Once again we kick started our holiday off by staying out the Sofitel, one night before flying off. We had a flight issue with our passports being locked in the safe, and it just would not open! No problem the concierge sent the handyman up with a crowbar and some other safe cracking equipment and it was sorted. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, and the food in the restaurants was top notch. Special mention to Deniz our waitress for the night, who was a little superstar and went out of her way to make everything special for us. Akash on reception was also a big help getting our safe open. The staff are all happy and smiley which makes such a big difference. Excellent hotel!

Alexandra from Club Millesime lounge was very polite and helpful. She was lovely. Lounge was a great addition to our stay. Overall experience was great had a lovely stay. Italian restaurant was excellent. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
