Great airport hotel. Can walk or get a courtesy bus to the hotel. Junior suite beautiful and spacious. Great buffet at restaurant. Pool lovely, huge gym. Sports bar a nice addition. Made everything very easy rather than other ‘airport’ hotels that were over 15 mins on a courtesy bus. Spot on!

The staff at the Pool Bar is amazing!!! They provide delicious food and refreshment drinks. Also they pay attention to all of your requests. Especially, I want to mention Mrs Jaja, Mrs April and Mr Chacha. They are kind, fast, efficient, and very professional. Guys, you made me happy!

Super convenient for a quick overnight stay at the airport. We arrived and easily found the shuttle service, hopped straight in a van and the 5 minute journey was simple. Check in was a bit chaotic, but we soon found our room. The room was fine for a one night stay. Not luxurious or particularly comfortable, but functional. Worth noting that we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but the hotel only puts out one additional bed. So my husband took that whilst I shared the king size bed with my 2 teens. Not ideal, but for one night it was fine. I used the gym in the morning which was well equipped. Our return to the airport was quick and easy via the hotel shuttle. Great value for what we needed.

We heard more 'no's from the staff than 'yes's. Despite the fact that we were staying for less than 9 hours (just overnight), we heard more of what we can't do, what we can't get, so on and so forth. Not unhappy - since it was a matter of less than 9 hours.

Ms.April at the pool counter doing her job the best customer service, she provided. Also all the gym staffs are also do well in services, also the aunty who clean woman locker room is very polite. Only thing I notice in this hotel is no one flusing the toilet after they doing their business. But everything else in the hotel are clean All staffs nice except I think one lady in the dining restaurant, may ve because I am thai and she probably don t want to answer or give me infonation regards food. The best service provide by Ms.April
