Sadly we were only here for one night on our Trans-Siberian trip but it's a great hotel in a good location for sightseeing. Central Yetkaterinburg is all walkable and there are some great restaurants/bars nearby. Hotel also has a good restaurant/cafe-bar which we used for a late night supper. Breakfast was best of whole trip. Spacious dining room and huge choice. Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, and there is a super hamman in the basement. Staff were great, helped us set up a video call with a wifi booster. Just wished we had longer in the city.

Fantastic hotel in downtown Yekaterinburg

We travelled to Yekaterinburg for a long weekend. The hotel offered to check us in at 5 AM in the morning, so we used this opportunity to catch up for the overnight flight and get some sleep. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, we got some welcome treatment as well. The beds were super comfy, we slept like babies. Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to have breakfast with this hotel, however, we did have dinner once and it worked quite well. The hotel is located very close to downtown, we were able to walk practically everywhere. Summary - absolutely recommended for travellers.

We stayed in December with my wife and kids. It was a very pleasant stay and the location was great. Room size is decent and was cleaned and well equipped. The overall condition of the hotel is very good despite it was opened 10 years ago.

Sweet surprize in room and following my requests made me feel welcomed from the first step. Comfortable room and bed, facilities all that is really pleasant and worth to pay a little bit more. Staff was amazing, following all wishes. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Our stay was almost perfect up to the checkout time when we were billed a higher rate than the previously promised for the extra day we stayed. I know mistakes can happen, but the staff member at the checkout could not explain, solve or even apologise for this miscommunication, keeping repeating the price was the one he mentioned. Plus: no manager was available (Monday midday), so we just paid. Such a hotel has to have available at least one experienced employee able to articulate a conversation with a client and not only handle credit cards. Aside from this episode, the hotel is excellent. Awesome breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant as well. Helpful staff members. A sauna is also available. Excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions, opera house and restaurants. Our room was great, spacious, with a beautiful view. We had a lovely time in this hotel, with very good sleep quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Yekaterinburg.
