Not a luxury hotel. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re seeking a 5 Star luxury hotel.

Poor service from front office and reservations. Not enough vegetarian or vegan options Rooms are small Spa isn’t even worthy of a visit. No access to the beach with no pool beds allocated to the hotel. You have to lug everything down and set it up yourself. Quite appalling, regret staying here. The positives are the service from the restaurant staff members. Sandeep, Chef Anubhav and Ahmed who made every effort to cater to vegetarians. Sujan and Vaibhaw were very helpful. Concierge were helpful. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re seeking a five star luxury holiday.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Sofitel especially with the services of Waqas, Myat, Nazir and the entire staff at Sofitel. Myat thank you for the check in efficiency and all the help. I had my elderly mum whose 86 years old and the staff were all absolutely fantastic in helping me take care of her during the entire week of our stay. Very grateful to all of you. Until the next time, my gratitude to each of you.

We had a great week at the Sofitel JBR the breakfast was very good. The team at the bar at the swimming pool gave a great service for the drinks and the food as well the lifeguards. The room was done daily on time HD ver good service nothing was too much. Coming soon back to the Sofitel JBR.
