Great location central to beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff in hotel were professional warm, caring and friendly. Had great conversation with Huy at the Novotel Nha Trang every day. He checked if we were enjoying our stay and have us advice on aces to go. A great guy Thanks again

The breakfast buffet has a large selection of foods and is well prepared. The best part is the staff, they are very attentive and always willing to help. I especially receive outstanding service from both Ms Thanh, Ms Linh and Ms Huong . They are very caring and their English is so good. It is a pleasure to visit here.

Ella and thank are awesome and remember us every morning. The food is amazing and a great variety to select from. A lovely setting and great service. Beautiful clean rooms and fantastic staff. Staff were just unbelievable and couldn't do enough for us. Our breakfast everyday was beautiful. We couldn't fault any part of our stay here and would definitely recommend to our friends. Right across the road from the beautiful beach also and close to the many restaurants.

Seafood buffet was good great variety of vitnamese and western foodvoysters very nice good value especially if you get accor plus discounts thuyen truc linh huy very helpful appreciated her command of english as she was able to explain everything to us
