This is a good value place (top tip: book well in advance). The rooms are small, but contain all the essentials. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The shower cubicle is rather small and might prove a problem for pork pie and/or cream cake eaters.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the shops, restaurants and direct line arena. Didn't use the onsite restaurant for dinner, but breakfast was really good. Staff and rooms are fantastic. Room was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing value for the money. Stayed here several times. We stay in the room with the double bed & a bunk bed on the top - plenty of room for 3 adults. Shower is not very private so be warned. £10 for late checkout up to 2pm and £20 for up to 4pm. Well worth it :) so close to everything 10 min walk to Trinity shopping centre.

Amazing!! We arrived late on a Friday night and was offered a drink / tea on arrival. The hotel room itself was very nice and homely looking. The location is perfect for the city centre. The room was clean and bright with a nice view

Stayed here as a place to get my head down after an afternoon drinking. Receptionist was lovely and welcoming when I checked in. I was very early so I just wanted to leave my bags but my room was ready so I could leave them in the room. Room was basic and small but clean. Bed was comfy as were the pillows. I liked the lighting in the room! Only gripe was being woken up at 2:30am by very noisy, drunk lads who didn’t care how loud they were. No phone in the room to ring reception to ask them to tell the lads to be quiet so had to lie there over an hour listening to them shouting. Being a young woman, I didn’t want to go round in my pjs and ask them to shut the hell up. Cos of the noise, I wouldn’t stay here again. I know it’s cheap and what you come to expect but more expensive rooms tend to have been sound proofing
