Very nice trip at Nancy. The Novotel's rooms are perfect : wide and clean. The bathroom is huge and functional The breakfast is top :-) Our children loved it! We will come back without hesitation for a future stay

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights. The Novotel Suits is a pleasant hotel, with very professional and helpful staff. The location is convenient as it is close to the city centre. Rooms are spacious, however, this hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel. A long way to go to be a 4-star!

Great hotel, value ok, ideal location to enjoy Nancy !

Room are a bit outdated, but they are large. Bed is great, especially for my back. Pity you can hear a bit sounds of the streets. Gym is a bit slim (one treadmill), breakfast is nice. What i loved the most is the location to walk around in Nancy. The price is ok for this hotel range.

Room was pleasant with a cot. Had a microwave and fridge which was a bonus travelling with two small kids. Receptionist attentive and very helpful despite not speaking a lot of English. We had a big breakfast spread of pastries, ham cheese platter, yoghurts along with juices and coffee/tea! They really do look after you here! Only negative was Air con broken and room was stuffy so had to open the window and was woken up by noises from people on the street. Apart from that would stay here again.

The location is perfect, the staff very friendly, the hotel was clean but the rooms are a bit outdated. We didn't have breakfast there as there were many options in the city center. Unfortunately, the hotel parking place was fully booked, and we had to park nearby - which wasn't an issue and ended up being cheaper. We will stay there again next time in Nancy. As being a long time member, I've booked this stay through "Accor Live Limitless" with the "Boost your points balance" action and didn't receive the extra points.
