Nice cozy rooms. Hotel staffs are friendly. Breakfast spread is pretty nice. The hotel is located in a good location. Two underground stations Earl’s Court and West Brompton at a walking distance. This was our pivot point to roam around London and was quite convenient. Jim from reception is a nice and friendly guy.

A very average hotel, but a "budget" hotel I will assume located at a good location, close to a tube stop and it is quite London central. Looks old-fashioned from outside, probably build in the late 80s early 90s, a bit tall and I believe half of it has been refurbed and the other is in progress. My room was ok, on the 6th floor, it was clean both room and bathroom, so I don't have any complaints about it. Only thing was the shower was appalling. No water pressure, and when I jumped in to have a shower, the water was dripping, unfortunately it was too late in the night to go and complain or change rooms. It was quiet over the night, of course my room was not at the road side. Staff was friendly and the bar on the 1st floor again old-fashioned but spacious. Stayed only for a night. My main issue was the breakfast in the morning. I knew its not a Michelle restaurant but the food was so bad, that I must had gotten food poisoning as I vomited a few hours later in the day and I didn't eat anything in between. My experience was good but this happening at the end ruined it.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times due to its location and easy access to the tube. On arrival I was told there was reconstruction happening and there could be noise disruption between 8am and 5pm. Was also informed that the normal bar and restaurant was closed and all food is now served in the conference area, where the temporary reception is. I was disappointed not to be of informed of this in advance. I had booked a standard room fully knowing it would be old and dated based on past stays. Was actually given a new room which was great, just I could find no way to turn the air con off which led to a noisy night The temporary bar is ok to be fair and the breakfast was better than normal to be honesty. My train home was cancelled so I stayed a second night, this time in a classic old room (my choice). This time the air con had clear instructions on how to turn it off so had a good night sleep. I understand a hotel of this size cannot shut to have a full refurb and the construction times were fair and explained on arrival. Once this place is fully refurbished I think it will be great and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Under renovation not disclosed So much noise Terrible rooms no working air conditioners Room was warmer with the windows open Will not store luggage so check out means take your luggage with you all day customer service poor Food for breakfast was overcooked or otherwise it was cheap highly processed carbs Good points close to the Underground

NO FRIDGE. NO MICROWAVE. LOUD CONSTRUCTION ON GOING AT THE HOTEL from 8:30 in the morning until 5PM (17:00). Checked in today and what a terrible experience. Imagine staying for a holiday and you want to heat food you got from outside… NOT POSSIBLE. As there is no microwave in your room or anywhere in the common areas. You cannot buy yogurts, chill wine/drinks because there is no fridge in the rooms. Most importantly, the hotel DID NOT DISCLOSE that there is a very loud construction going prior. And I do not know why none of the other guests here talked about it here so I am telling you to consider other hotel options. *DO NOT BOOK**
