Great staff - rooms a bit tired

Rooms a bit tired and in need of decoration - minimal tea/coffee - we had a room for 3 and it was pot luck if it was renewed daily or indeed it the right number of paper cups were there. Similarly with towel replacement. However, great views from the rooms of the town / bridge / mountains (we had 3 rooms) and the staff were all lovely and could not do enough for us on Templars Weeknd - including finding the English football to watch on the main screen. Also great location and a car park Would go again but it could do with some upgrading

Hotel is located in the centre of Millau and has a secure car park for cars and motorcycles, there is a charge for using the car park. The Mecure and the Ibis share the same building and staff, the first 4 floors are Ibis and the reaming floors are Mecure. Unfortunatley, although the Mecure rooms have been given a facelift you can still clearly see that they were Ibis rooms before. The Mercure has it own breakfast room and does provide a nice breakfast with plenty of choice and good quality products.

Nice place and nice people. We consider this hotel very well located and the information given by the staff to visit the city. Usually for us it's a stop over during our trip from Paris to South of France. The room we booked facing the viaduc was great

Service really bad and poor NO, restaurant available, seems like Ibis and Mercure has same price. Room carpet dirty and old. I didn't like the experience in that hotel at all. Terrible! Car park not included have to pay more , feel like i didn't got any service from this hotel

Walking distance from every where in Millau and with parking (for a fee) making it an ideal location for viewing the local area. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, everything was totally clean with all the rules followed and enforced. We had a great stay and will return.
