Everything was just fantastic. Big mall next to the hotel, a lake to swim some hundreds of meters away. Subway station just next to the hotel. The rooms are big and it was very good to sleep there. We did internet check-in so check-in went really very good, we just got the envelope with key and everything into our hands. The hotel bar is outstanding, and in the mall or next to it are also other fantastic places to eat or drink. Nothing really to complain. Only thing to think about is that the distance to the airport with public transport is quite far.

I've been in Novotel Munich Messe many times through the last few years , most probably for business trip with a customers , I can confirm that a big positive changes had been happened in treatment with the customers , now the hotel is very very good choice not only for business but also for leisure , the surrounding shopping area, the easy access to underground ( only few steps) and the most important thing is the excellent and professional treatment from all the staff , specially front desk - Alina,Maria,Pia and all their colleagues- very well done Novotel

Spent 4 nights here for an exhibition and found the hotel to be just what was needed. Close to the messe and a shopping mall, on the U-bahn to get into the city in 25 minutes with no hassle. Inside it is modern and rooms tidy (with contactless chargers and USB C sockets). The restaurant was what you'd expect but the service from Bar staff and front desk were very good indeed...always caring and going beyond the normal, for example, asking for and acting on suggestions. Would happily stay here again.

In general very good hotel close to underground and a mall...the mall could be very busy with all type of people.I would recommend this hotel for a city break.We didn't try the breakfast but for family's may be a good option i saw family with kids in pyjamas going to have breakfast.The staff was helpful room cleanead so really nothing to complain.The cherry on the top is the internet speed is something amazing they have the fastest internet ever

Well Suited for Quick Stays and Business Travel

We stayed here for several nights. We chose this hotel because we were visiting people who live nearby. I would call this a business hotel (it's not something I would choose for a vacation). There is no real charm or luxury to it (no spa, room service, etc.); however, it's reasonably priced, clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable and you have a mall and food court next door. You can get to the hotel directly from the onsite/mall parking garage too (although it's not particularly well marked; we had to drive around the parking garage for awhile before we found it). Parking is not included and costs approx 25 euros a day. The hotel is dog friendly and there is an expansive park just past the mall (a 5 minute walk away), which was nice. The one meal we had at the restaurant was good. The breakfast each morning was only okay. The woman who checked people in for breakfast was very kind and accommodating.
