Rooms are too tight and too close to shower- no privacy when you are roomed with guests

The rooms were extremely tight, bathroom, shower- way too close together. I never stayed in a room where the shower was soooo close to the bed and the toilet was so enclosed. I did not like this at all. I would not recommend or stay in a hotel like this. The breakfast was not good at all. Need better options for a brazil style breakfast.

We had a good experience. Check in was quick, staff were nice, the room was clean and reasonable in size, they had food and the location was safe, which is not always the case at Rio. I would definitely stay there again.

The room size and facilities were of good standard and staff were very friendly. All staff were very helpful. Daniel and Fernanda helped me in the process of getting hold of Flamengo match tickets and without them it would not have been possible at the price I paid as they went the extra mile for me for which I am forever grateful. Had a great and safe stay at the hotel which is extremely convinient with a Metro station inside the station so I would thoroughly recommend this location along with the shops it has access to

When I booked and paid a room they said I could ckeckin around 12:00 pm.I could only check-in around 1:30 pm as they didn't have an available room.The only thing they said was: I'm sorryIt's been so many years since I'm an Accor client and I don't think this kind of situation or behavior is acceptable.

At check-in, I discovered that it would not be possible to pay in installments the amount I made the last time I stayed in the last two weeks, the receptionist said on the last stay that it would be my birthday, and she said they would please me, I did not get anything. The hotel kitchen was not working, and I had to ask for food to be delivered.
