A charming hotel with the interior in the Viennese Style.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, within walking distance one can access the underground or tram in about 10mins. One can also walk to Stephans Platz within 30 to 40mins of relaxed walking. The area is very picturesque and one can already enjoy the beautiful landscape. The hotel furnishing is kept in Biedermeier Style with some modern accents. It is relatively quiet and relaxed. The room is spacious and tidy, a complimentary bottle of water is waiting in the fridge upon arrival. At the breakfast buffet one can find a well sorted standard selection that is typical for Austrian (European) cuisine. Bread and rolls, cakes and croissants and cold cuts and cheese platters are always well filled. One can also find fresh fruits, yogurts and milk as well as different types of cereal. Warm options include pre-cooked eggs and sausages or one can also have an egg dish to be prepared to order. Unfortunately, the vegan selection is very poor, only sweet spreads, margarine and cut vegetables are available. Additionally, the choice of gluten free bread is not of the highest quality, besides not being prepared properly. The restaurant in the hotel offers a selection of typical Austrian cuisine, which is (according to my travel companion) very delicious. Unfortunately, the choice of vegetarian/vegan options is small as well. In general, if one wants to spend the time exploring the city, the hotel is ideally placed and the hotel amenities include everything one needs to have a satisfactory stay.

Stayed here celebrating our anniversary with a trip to Vienna, the hotel was so kind to put some chocolates in our room to wish us a happy anniversary, the staff were very kind and helpful and gave us a list of recommendations and the reception seems to be open 24 hours, the rooms were clean and comfortable with all usual amenities we had no complaints, the location is also great as it’s a few minutes walk from the nearest train station which can bring you everywhere, would highly recommend

We stayed here for a couple of nights for Valentines! The hotel is set down a gorgeous cobbled street with exceptional food and drink in the pubs and restaurants! The breakfast is fantastic ! But not if you go after 10 as there is nothing left! The room is great and has a very comfortable bed , despite the 200 metre walk along the corridor !! The hotel is close to the tram, bus and underground! A great location to all the best places. However, you do need to use these as the walk to the centre is long if you intend on sightseeing etc after! Buy the 48 hour travel pass, it is so worth it . We travelled so much to all the various places of interest including the Mozart concert at the Palace. The hotel has a great sauna and would be amazing if there was a jacuzzi. I absolutely fell in love with Vienna and despite wishing I’d booked a hotel closer to the centre I would only stay in this hotel should I visit this amazing city again. I just loved it!

Excellent Hotel great location can walk to the city. Staff suberb very friendly and helpful. New Years Eve was 5 star food and service so so good.Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast so plentiful and great choice. Will definately go back again.

very conveniently located hotel , staff super friendly and accommodative, metro was 5 minutes walking distance,bus station was right across. Welcome drink was superb , only issue , one needs to walk a bit , around 100 meters to reach the lobby , i m unsure if hotel provides luggage pick up from the main road
