We were on a roadtrip with a minivan full with family and friends. A bit difficult with the parking but we found a place next to the opera house. The locacion is excellent and walking distance around Old Town. Rooms very comfortable with both bath and shower separately. The lobby had a strange scent. We did not prefer to stay at the bar that looked small and had this smell throughout.

Hotel try to charge my card for double payment. I paid hotel to booking agency already. Hotel didn't understand. I report on offense on police. Don't go there or pay in cash. They try to hoax you. Otherwise hotel is good location, rooms and breakfast is ok.

I stayed in this hotel from January 14th to January 19th, 2024, and I had a very bad experience. The people who worked at the reception were rude and impolite. Even though you were a guest there, they treated you as if you were the worst guest ever. I would never recommend staying in this hotel, even though the location is quite good. I was given a room where they had turned down the heat. When I called the reception, they didn't believe that it was too cold in my room. Two days later, I got sick. Then they sent someone to check the heater in my room, and they said that nothing was working there. It was an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. I would never recommend staying there. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. PS. the cleaning staff were friendly

First of all , I made a comment to Facebook account but after couple minutes they deleted ! So that's why I have decided to make a comment here ! We gave stayed over on Wednesday 27.12.2023 , room number 828. After checked in we requested 2 pairs of slippers.And they informed us that they will charge us 10 euros for 2 pairs slippers which is belong to hotel. Receptionist was too rude. Room hasn't been hoovered at all, I found rubbish from previously guest in the room. Bathroom was horrible, when you are taking a shower everywhere us flooding. Novotel made us disappointed!

Traveller with a group of friends in august. It has a Nice restaurant where breakfast is served. The room is nice. It has both a bathtub and a shower inside. Great location, in the city center. Recommended hotel!
