Would not stay again

Hotel is in a good location, close to transport links. Check in was really slow, think the staff member was new. Room was compact and very basic. Shower gel is provided. We requested more towels as only one is provided and this was not a problem. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was clean. No kettle or hairdryer though. You can rent a hairdryer but need to have cash to do so. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are dreadful, if you can call a pillowcase stuffed with bits of foamlike stuff a pillow. No support whatsoever in them. I woke each morning with pain in my neck and shoulder. The hotel needs to address this! Because of the pillow situation I would not stay here again.

Room is not well maintained. Durty bathroom. Non-welcome staff ... Location is good and near berlin center. You can access to berlin monument by bus (approx 2km) Breakfast is good. Parking is paid for 17e/nigth

Horrible experience - more of a hostel than a hotel

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Arrived late and had been told in advance that unfortunately there was no babybed for our child - however I was not told this until I had already paid for our stay. We chose the hotel, because they proclaimed to have private parking, but upon our arrival, the parking was sold out. So we started off with no bed for our child and no parking for our car. The staff was doing their job (yet, not going beyond expectation), so this horrible experience is not about them. They discussed if we should park in the alley behind the hotel, but agreed that it was not safe and recommended parking nearby (at the price of 25€ for one day). What made this stay horrible happened after arrival. We were given a room on the ground floor, which was 10 stairs up with no elevator and I was alone with three suitcases, a stroller and our child to carry up the stairs, while my husband tried to find parking. The room we entered smelled so bad that someone must have died in there. Or at least the room had not been cleaned for a while. There were long dark hair in the bed and dirt and grease on the floor. With no babybed our 2-year old had to sleep on a madres on this floor, since the bed was a bunk bed but with too little space for all three of us. The air condition was set to keep the room at a temperature between 18-22 degrees, however the room was freezing and we could not get the heat up. Finally the pillows were small and flat and we ended up checking out after only 7 hours at the hotel and with a minimum of sleep. So in short: would never, ever book this hotel again and advice you to find something else for your stay.

This hotel is very central making it great for sight seeing, we were a party of 8 ladies, the rooms were clean and a reasonable size , most of us had a double room for single use. Shower good, powerful and hot. Very quiet, at night. There is a small bar area where you can get wine beer water etc, we used it as a meeting place or somewere to recover after sight seeing. The breakfast was included in the price and was outstanding, same quality as a much more expensive hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
