The hotel room was so dirty, we stayed with my two little daughters and my wife. Beer marks on the walls, windows are so dusty, the room smells of dust. Photos are deceiving. The cleaning lady did not come to the room the next day. We had to pay an extra 100 euros for the cleaning. The reason why the cap card does not work without payment They reopened the room by making a cash payment to the reception. I can send you the payment letter and the hotel request letter. My 2-year-old daughter and I were kept waiting at the room door for 30 minutes. Definitely do not go with your family, especially your children.

Was welcomed with “Do something for the environment – skip the cleaning and receive 100 points”. What a joke, should be at least 1000 points. Despite Gold status did not receive an upgrade and there was not even a water bottle in the room. There was only 1 small pillow on each bed. Room was basic, like an Ibis. And there was not even a working desk although I informed them before that I would have a video conference call. For that high price was clearly expecting more. Breakfast was nice but very crowded.

Always a nice stay.

Just a great Novotel, very well managed, friendly staff, basic but good quality breakfast, clean, well located. Always love my business stays here. Exactly what is promised. Nothing more, nothing less. You know what you get. Will return.

We stayed here as a large group visiting hamburg for 3 nights, hotel staff great, when arrived signed up to a newsletter and received 3 free drinks each great start to the evening drinking in nice hotel bar, rooms very comfortable u bhan close, recommend staying at this hotel

Bad experiences !!! I have stayed in this hotel 4 times between October - December - January and last one February. At the beginning, I taught this hotel was nice and great with a good experience but after the last 2 stayed I can confirmed how this hotel is dirty and you do not feel welcome. Réception : 1/10 - always complicated to get the invoices after the departure - last stayed they debited my card by 280 euros where the invoices show only 132 euros - 3 weeks after no answer from my request !!!! Shall I go the police station to confirm that you stole your client ! Restaurant : food is great either for the breakfast and/ or diner but their personnel are definitely not client oriented and can be worse when you asked additional requirements. Note : 6/10 Room : ok but can be dirty - last stayed I arrived late and I discovered that my light did not function … I came to the reception and they told me it’s Sunday you should come back tomorrow !!!! How you can provide a room where the light does not work !!! For sure, It was my last stayed and I won’t come back !!!
