Hotel was in a great location. Super close to Marienplatz and all the shops which was convenient. Close the public transit. Clean, safe, friendly staff. Towel warmer was nice lol. Drinks in the fridge were complimentary which was convenient for the first night. Surrounded by good restaurants. Glad we stayed here for the week. Highly recommend.

Brilliant hotel. Perfectly situated in Munich with easy access to the old town, shops and public transport. Super helpful staff, clean rooms and a great breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. All details had been thought of at breakfast with lots of choice.

One minute walk to Marienplatz. All shops minutes away. Easy walk to trains. Amazing breakfast. Not a real lobby to speak of, but double room was perfect. Great water pressure. Free drinks in minibar! Restaurants, tea shop, dessert shop, drug-store all within one block.

DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION WITH THIS HOTEL. Their customer service is reprehensible. I made a reservation for more than 6 months ahead, then our plans immediately changed. Less than one week later , I am trying to cancel, and they are charging me 90% of the room rate. They claim our reservation was booked as a greatly reduced rate, which is not true. Also, the reservation is during Octoberfest, which means they will have no difficulty rebooking the room, ESPECIALLY IN SIX MONTHS !
