A nice enough hotel that is showing its age

This hotel is on an amazing property high atop a mountain overlooking the entire city of Al Ain. It's a nice enough property with an amazing view but in desperate need of an update. It was apparently built in the 80s and definitely is showing its age. The decor is very dated. The rooms are comfortable enough but feel old and the bathrooms feel very 80s as well. The staff was nice, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good. Not a bad stay but the hotel could use a facelift.

It is an OK place yet expensive

We booked two adjacent rooms. Nothing major to complain about but for the price , one expects to get a better experience. The rooms are old, the flush in the toilet was not functioning well. The food was ok. They have an open buffet for lunch and dinner but the food is repetitive

One of the best experiences I've ever had is the 5 days experience I had in Mescure Hotel in Al Ain above Jubil Hafeet. I recommend this hotel to relaxation and it's affordable for nearly everybody and finally I rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10.

I found some of the reviews difficult to believe .For the price charged it is excellent .The room was spacious with very good towels and linen .A fantastic view of Al Ain and a splendid swimming area .We enjoyed the restaurant food at breakfast and dinner .The staff were very friendly and helpful .An issue with most places is the litter left by clients .It wasn’t too bad here but it needs picking up regularly but staff in the pool area don’t seem to seeing or the plastic waste over the fence ! We will definitely return .

Awesome place in Al Ain! Special thanks to the staff and RAHUL for the quality and courteous service! Beautiful sunsets, delicious food in the restaurant, large room and overlooking the pool! In hot weather, the best thing that can be is to stay in the mountains, in one of the best Mercury hotels! The room is clean, large area, there is mini golf, table tennis, billiards, you can watch an open-air movie! The hotel is great!
