Great staff on concierge. Location is great. I stayed on two separate occasions in one week. 1st room on 3rd floor first day was small, modern and clean. Zero complaints 2nd stay in room 2213 was a nightmare, old, dirty and worse clearly next to the endless whining cables for the elevators. Expect zero sleep .. tried with ear plugs but no joy. Galun, hotel manager couldn’t care less thinking that a free breakfast was all needed to compensate

This hotel is the best value and a well-kept secret in Hong Kong. I have stayed here for the over 15 years. Its superb convenient location makes it so easy to access both HK and Kowloon, as well as the New Territories. The services from the front desk staff, in-house reservation, restaurant staffs and club level lounge is excellent. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Great location and good value for money. The team at reception are all very friendly and helpful, especially Kate who went out of her way to get a package delivered to us that we were expecting. The hotel is walking distance from the convention center. We would stay here again.

Great stay as ever. The Lounge is cosy and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, shout out to Tiffany. She knows my preferences well that made me truly feel like Home. I always look forward to the next homecoming stay towards the end of each stay!
