Highly recommended for commuting into Paris

Really great hotel, with good amenities and friendly staff. Gluten free breakfast provided on request. A good location for commuting into Paris for the day on the RER (fast train). The rooms are spacious and clean and beds are comfortable.

The waiters refused to serve me until I complained. I stood there from 11:15 am until 1:15 pm before they serve me after I yelled at them. Although I came before, they served other White patrons before me. For 2 hours. I almost called my lawyer.

Notre équipe multi nationale est au service d'une clientèle internationale. Nous n'avons JAMAIS privilégié l'un ou l'autre client. C'est une accusation grave que vous portez et, si celle ci s'avère exacte, cette attitude ne sera pas impunie. Si par hasard, vous vous êtes senti mal accueilli, je suis à votre écoute pour échanger à ce sujet. mon numéro 0139122020. A savoir que je retrouve pas de réservation à votre nom. A hotel without wifi and cooling system

Sadly, the wifi was down without a back-up alternative. The temperature in the room was too high and the cooling system was also not in service (not sure if it was down due to a technical fault or because the staff decided not to activate it at this time of the year). The only positive was the breakfast. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My wife and I stayed at the Ibis Maisons-Laffitte in August 2021 at the beginning of our August/September France trip. We have stayed at the hotel many times after arriving at the Airport CDG because it is easy to get to and very well located. We had another wonderful experience.

A good 4 out of 5 stars.

I was taken with this hotel. My room on the 2nd floor was very small, but ok for one night. Bathroom tiny, but also fully ok. Internet connection only mediocre, as was the breakfast. But the location, the charm of the hotel and the very friendly staff made it a nice stay. If I ever need to stay there again in the area, I will very likely sleep there again.
