In a good location 3km from Old town and 15 min taxi ride from the airport. Staff on reception were above and beyond. Breakfast had lots of choice and very delicious. Small gym and an indoor pool was a good addition. The rooms were clean spacious but the tv did not work, not that it mattered and I didn’t trouble anyone to fix it. Would recommend!

Lovely staff and hotel

Stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting Krakow. Easy to get to with a quick taxi from the airport and in and out of the city. There were buses running past regulary. Room was lovely and spacious and cleaned. Free bottles of water and you could refill in the lobby with fresh cold water for the day. We even had a birthday gift for my partner whose birthday it was on arrival. We didn't eat at the hotel but enjoyed a drink at the bar one evening. Staff across the hotel were helpful and friendly at all times. Only downside is we couldn't use the pool as it was over run with families even late into the evening.

Good place to stay in krakow I stay 1 week in this hotel for 2023 European games with other judges of différents sports High quality level Big rooms and good service Not to far away from City center by bus ~20min Easiest in taxi or Uber for cheap price

Didn’t check my boxes for a business trip and it doesn’t worth what I’ve paid. Very disappointing welcome service, staff not so nice, restaurant was very poor, tv service is horrible, bed and working facilities. I don’t understand why the rate is so expensive…

The Hotel was comfortable and central to everything. There is free wifi, swimming pool, fitness centre, Restaurant which serves nice breakfasts with plenty to choose from. Transport is in close proximity.
