Great hotel in a convenient location

Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the central station and is in easy walking distance of the main attractions in the old town (10-15 min walk). Really enjoyed our stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included in our room rate. We wanted a lighter breakfast and were pleased to find plenty of options for breakfast in cafes around the local area. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Gdansk.

Lovely breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Clean and neat. We lived the juice machine! Made fresh beetroot and carrot juices. Good spacious familyroom with 2 bathrooms which are needed when travelling with teenagers:) Short taxiride to the city centre by Bolt. Also it was a small shoppingcentre 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We also went to Manicure and pedicure- just a 7 minute walk from the hotel:) Named Twoj Sekrets.

Best lobby bar staff :)

Many compliments to the hotel bar staff - Maksym, Marcin and Kasia - super personable, friendly and helpful. Our large group, a choir of 30+ people, were spending an evening in the bar after a competition. The staff really went above and beyond in helping, not to mention putting in overtime when it turned out the evening would not settle down in time for closing hours. It was an excellent, excellent time. The hotel is nice too. Good location, tidy rooms, delicious food at the bar.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very easy to get too and find, about a 15 minute walk from the main station most of which is direct. The building height dominates all around it, so just look up and you will probably see it. It is in a good location being very close to other city attractions such as the old town (10 mins away), restaurants, convenience stores etc. Check is was prompt and welcoming. Large lobby with lift and stair access to rooms. The room itself was large, and whilst showing some small signs of age, was befitting of what was advertised. Bed was large, although had a memory foam mattress which isn't my favourite type as they can make turning during the night difficult. Bathroom was clean and modern, with good shower pressure and had a heated floor. Room was kept spotlessly clean each day, kudos to the housekeeping team. Free water refills were available from dispensers at the end of each floor's corridor. I had breakfast each morning and this is probably the single biggest let down of the hotel. I know hotels try to minimise food wastage, and portion sizes therefore, but this I felt is quite the extreme. Not quite sure why only dessert plates were available and the cup sizes for hot drinks were among the smallest I've seen any hotel use yet! The buffet hot food trays were quite shallow so couldn't hold much, meaning they ran out quite quickly. No scrambled eggs or beans on offer both mornings that I stayed. I did wait for about 20 mins to see if they were replenished but nothing. In terms of what else was on offer it was okay - they had the usual cold foods, cereals, fruits etc. Seating was also plentiful and didn't have trouble finding a seat for myself at peak times. The hotel staff were quite friendly.

We stayed nearby and went there to eat breakfast. It was one of the worst breakfast experience ever. We payed 90 zlt each for dry bread, unfinished scrambeled egg, untasting coffee and a lot of stuff that looks like it has layed there for a century. They had no smoothies or shots.
