The hotel has a great modern look. The rooms have a great view and are very comfortable. Gabriela at check in was very helpful and accommodating. The bar area was very spacious with comfortable chairs and a big screen. Excellent location to shopping areas, historical sites, and train station.

Very good stay. I am used to be at Novotel Centrum in Warsaw and always the service is excellent. This time also I really appreciated the support by Weronika that was able to apply for a free early check-in. In fact I arrived at 8:00am after a long flight from Beijing and really I needed for entering my room for a shower and a rest. Thank you Weronika!

Short break in Warsaw.

Fantastic hotel, great location & views over the city, excellent breakfast, free upgrade as I'm Gold Card member, wonderful staff especially Zuzanne who made my room up and added a lovely message on the mirror to celebrate my retirement from work.

In general it was fine I booked for executive room but in my opinion it was very basic one! There is a lot of noise from the trains … I would like to thank Maria from the front desk-she was an excellent! The location-perfect The food was fine ………………………………..
