Nice hotel in the center of Szczecin, very close to the railway station and the bus terminal. The staff is very kind. It is worth mentioning that breakfast is served by Natalia who does her job with a lot of professionality and care for the customer.

Best cappuccino in Szczecin ! Served by Natalia. Customer service is excellent. Very good value hotel in the middle of Szczecin. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean. Room standard is 3 of 5.

Good things · Location, it was close everywhere. Breakfast was tasty, possible to get espresso from the bar on request. Room had enough space. Not so good· Breakfast not available in my hotel but on another one, you need to move via basement parking or walk outside. WiFi connection was very bad and speed to low sonot possible to remote work. Entry to underground parking is terrible… it is designed to car size of smart with my Audi A6 I struggled a lot to drive in via gate. Bed was very hard … not very comfortable. Air-conditioning was very noisy so we need to switch it off.

The hotell was ok. But the guy that works in the restaurant needs to take a class in how to take care of his guests. Rude as hell and served burned pasta. When I asked about the parmesan he got angry and sad "It's already in the pasta, mixed". Maybe it was but I didn't taste nothing. AND we NEVER got our food at the same time, so everytime someone eat alone.

Staff were very helpful & welcoming. Cozy little bar with a varied menu. This hotel in in a great location. Less than 10 mins walk to the bus/train station and into the Centre of Szczecin. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very clean and the hotel is one of the quietest hotels that I have stayed in (no slamming doors on the corridor). The area is very quiet too. Delicious apples in the lobby for guests to munch on all day. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Szczecin. Super value for money.
